Two questionnaires were used as data collection instruments, one corresponding to each variable under study. The sample consisted of a group of 40 teachers who teach at the primary level of said institution. Regarding information processing, after creating the corresponding database, frequency distribution tables and contingency tables were prepared to present the results appropriately. At the conclusion of this study, it was found that, in the context of the current research, a significant correlation was not established between the organizational climate and teaching performance at the Manuel Seoane Corrales Educational Institution. This result contrasts with previous research that has explored this same relationship in various educational settings. Regarding the organizational climate, a level considered 'Low' was observed on 20 occasions, which is equivalent to 50%, while teaching performance was rated as 'Moderate' in 19 cases, representing 47.5% of the total cases analyzed.La investigación actual, titulada "Clima Organizacional y Rendimiento de los Docentes en la Institución Educativa Manuel Seoane Corrales", tuvo como objetivo principal examinar la relación existente entre el entorno organizativo y el desempeño de los profesores. Para lograr este propósito, se optó por un enfoque de investigación de diseño correlacional transversal. Se utilizaron dos cuestionarios como instrumentos de recolección de datos, uno correspondiente a cada variable en estudio. La muestra consistió en un grupo de 40 docentes que enseñan en el nivel primario de dicha institución. En cuanto al procesamiento de la información, después de la creación de la base de datos correspondiente, se procedió a elaborar tablas de distribución de frecuencias y tablas de contingencia para presentar los resultados de manera adecuada. Al concluir este estudio, se encontró que, en el contexto de la investigación actual, no se estableció una correlación significativa entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa Manuel Seoane Corrales. Este resultado contrasta con investigaciones previas que han explorado esta misma relación en diversos entornos educativos.
