This research aims to highlight the importance of digital educational resources in the teaching and learning process for the Bachelor’s degree student in Management. The methodology used was a literature review of 25 highly relevant scientific articles in the Latin American context according to the proposed topic. The time period covers the last five years, from 2021 to 2025. The analysis of these elements made it possible to present the results divided into three sections, the first: digital platforms, the second: business simulators, and the third: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and subsequently the development of the discussion. It was concluded that knowing how to use digital resources allows students to develop management skills and gain a competitive advantage in their future careers. This manuscript is derived from the research of the master’s thesis, Digital Educational Resources and English Language Learning at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences UNMSM 2024-I.El mundo empresarial está en constante evolución y los futuros profesionales en Administración que posean habilidades digitales y el manejo de recursos tecnológicos les brindará mayores oportunidades de crecimiento académico y profesional. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo dar a conocer la importancia de los recursos educativos digitales en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje para la formación de los estudiantes de Licenciatura en Administración. Se empleó la metodología de la revisión de la literatura de 25 artículos científicos de gran relevancia en el contexto latinoamericano de acuerdo con el tema propuesto. Asimismo, la delimitación temporal abarca los últimos cinco años del 2021 al 2025. Con el análisis de estos elementos se logró presentar los resultados distribuyéndolos en tres secciones, el primero: plataformas digitales, el segundo: simuladores de negocios y el tercero: Inteligencia Artificial (IA) y posteriormente se realizó el desarrollo de la discusión. Se concluyó, que saber emplear los recursos digitales permite a los estudiantes desarrollar competencias de gestión y tener una ventaja competitiva en su futuro laboral.
