The study was conducted using quantitative methods, hypothesized deductive methods, sequential cross-sectional level, and descriptive correlational models. Two questionnaires were used containing 20 indicators validated by a panel of three expert judges and reliability measures using Cronbach's (alfa) coefficient. We have 80 teachers for the feasibility study. The data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics to test the hypothesis and found a significant statistical relationship between the two variables mentioned above because the level of quality of teacher training is insufficient, which is essential for a good institutional climate. The quality of the service provided. A correlation coefficient of R=.912 and a p value of 0.000 was obtained.Se hace necesario realizar investigaciones sobre la relación entre climas institucionales y evaluación de la calidad educativa con el fin de investigar si existe relación entre ambas variables, en el entorno educativo. Los estudiantes de primaria en Perú obtienen mal resultado en la prueba ECE. Especialmente Villa María del Triunfo IE 7054 en Lima. El trabajo en equipo es fundamental, al igual que las relaciones intra e interpersonales, el diálogo, la empatía y otras variables. El estudio se realizó utilizando métodos cuantitativos, métodos deductivos hipotetizados, nivel transversal secuencial y modelos descriptivos correlacionales. Se utilizaron dos cuestionarios que contenían 20 indicadores validados por un panel de tres jueces expertos y medidas de confiabilidad mediante el coeficiente (alfa) de Cronbach. Contamos con 80 profesores para el estudio de viabilidad. El análisis de datos utilizó estadística descriptiva y estadística inferencial para probar la hipótesis y encontraron relación estadística significativa entre las dos variables mencionadas anteriormente debido a que el nivel de calidad de la formación docente es insuficiente, lo cual es esencial para un buen clima institucional.
