We find that the correlation coefficient Spearman Rho is GOOD p_ 0.755 and 0.001 value is therefore we see that there is a direct relationship and a significance level of less than 0.05 why is rejected the null hypothesis and the alternative hypothesis that suggests that organizational climate is related to teacher performance at the University "Bausate and Jaime Meza" is accepted. Jesus Maria. 2016 Lima construct validity.El diseño de la investigación es transeccional, correlacional, causal. bivariada, transversal. Para la recolección de datos se confeccionaron dos cuestionarios estructurados como medición  y consta de dos variables: El clima organizacional que tiene las siguientes dimensiones: Talento humano, diseño organizacional y cultura organizacional. La variable desempeño docente comprende las siguientes dimensiones: capacidad pedagógica, responsabilidad de desempeño, relaciones interpersonales y resultados de la labor educativa que se aplicó a los 40 docentes de la muestra.                                        En los que encontramos que el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman es BUENA de 0,755 y el p_ valor es de 0,001 por lo tanto vemos que existe una relación directa y un nivel de significancia menor que 0,05 motivo por el cual se rechaza la hipótesis Nula y se acepta la hipótesis alterna que sugiere que el clima organizacional se relaciona con la desempeño docente en la Universidad “Jaime Bausate y Meza”.
