Methodologically it is descriptive - correlational, non-experimental, transversal, quantitative. The population is made up of 56 teachers, applying the formula to a size of 49 teachers. Two Lickert-type instruments were designed then subjected to validity and reliability whose consistency was "good" based on the established parameters. The thesis concludes by showing that there is a strong positive correlation throughout the research, between the variables analyzed: Pedagogical Accompaniment and Teaching Performance, as well as between their dimensions respectively.Acompañamiento Pedagógico y Desempeño Docente en la Institución Educativa Primaria de Menores N° 127 “San José”, en los niveles de Inicial y Primaria – distrito El Agustino, tiene como objetivo principal determinar relación existente entre las variables de estudio (Acompañamiento Pedagógico y Desempeño Docente). Metodológicamente es descriptiva – correlacional, no experimental, transversal, cuantitativa. La población está conformada por 56 docentes al que aplicando la formula se establece un tamaño de 49 docentes. Se diseñaron dos instrumentos tipo Lickert luego se sometió a validez y confiabilidad cuya consistencia fue “bueno” basado en los parámetros establecidos.
