Sumario:This research work is the summary of an investigation that had to determine the relationship between pedagogical accompaniment and teacher development in the classroom, in teachers of public educational institutions at the primary level of Network 19 of UGEL N º 04 of the city of Metropolitan Lima in 2019. For this, a quantitative research was proposed with a correlational descriptive research design; applied to a sample of 117 teachers selected in a probabilistic way, teachers have been asked to answer a survey of 20 items on pedagogical accompaniment, performance was measured using rubrics developed for this purpose. The statistical results indicate that there is no relationship between pedagogical support and teacher development in the population evaluate.
