Currently, traditional presentation methods in higher education have limitations in motivating and actively engaging students. This situation raises the need to integrate innovative formats that promote a more dynamic learning experience. The study aimed to evaluate student satisfaction, learning, and experience when using these innovative formats instead of conventional ones. A mixed approach with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design was adopted, administering a questionnaire with Likert-scale and open-ended questions to 79 students from the University of Veracruz. The results showed that the majority perceived the formats as more motivating, interactive, and effective in improving comprehension and communication. Strong and positive correlations were identified between motivation and entertainment (r = 0.87), understanding and deepening (r = 0.86), as well as between learning facilitation and understanding (r = 0.88). Moderate correlations were also found between interaction and creativity (r = 0.79) and interaction and motivation (r = 0.72). In contrast, weak, negative correlations were found between prior experience and motivation (r = -0.02) and between experience and enjoyment (r = -0.11). Some students faced challenges related to the use of digital tools, content editing, and teamwork. It is concluded that while innovative formats promote more student-centered learning, their implementation must consider technological training and accessibility to maximize their educational impact. |

Esta situación plantea la necesidad de integrar formatos innovadores que promuevan una experiencia de aprendizaje más dinámica. El estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar la satisfacción, el aprendizaje y la experiencia de los estudiantes al utilizar estos formatos innovadores en lugar de los convencionales. Se adoptó un enfoque mixto con diseño no experimental y transversal, aplicando un cuestionario con preguntas de escala Likert y abiertas a 79 estudiantes de la Universidad Veracruzana. Los resultados mostraron que la mayoría percibió los formatos como más motivadores, interactivos y efectivos para mejorar la comprensión y la comunicación. Se identificaron correlaciones fuertes y positivas entre motivación y entretenimiento (r = 0.87), entendimiento y profundización (r = 0.86), así como entre facilitación del aprendizaje y entendimiento (r = 0.88). También se hallaron correlaciones moderadas como la interacción y creatividad (r = 0.79) e interacción y motivación (r = 0.72). Algunos estudiantes enfrentaron desafíos relacionados con el uso de herramientas digitales, la edición de contenido y el trabajo en equipo. Se concluye que, si bien los formatos innovadores favorecen un aprendizaje más centrado en el estudiante, su implementación debe considerar la capacitación tecnológica y la accesibilidad para maximizar su impacto educativo.Atualmente, os métodos tradicionais de apresentação no ensino superior têm limitações para motivar e envolver ativamente os alunos. Essa situação levanta a necessidade de integrar formatos inovadores que promovam uma experiência de aprendizagem mais dinâmica. O estudo teve como objetivo avaliar a satisfação, o aprendizado e a experiência dos alunos ao usar esses formatos inovadores em vez dos convencionais. Foi adotada uma abordagem mista com delineamento não experimental e transversal, aplicando um questionário com escala Likert e perguntas abertas a 79 estudantes da Universidade de Veracruz. Os resultados mostraram que a maioria percebeu os formatos como mais motivadores, interativos e eficazes para melhorar a compreensão e a comunicação. Foram identificadas correlações fortes e positivas entre motivação e entretenimento (r = 0,87), compreensão e aprofundamento (r = 0,86), bem como entre facilitação da aprendizagem e compreensão (r = 0,88). Correlações moderadas também foram encontradas, como interação e criatividade (r = 0,79) e interação e motivação (r = 0,72). Em contraste, foram detectadas correlações fracas e negativas entre experiência anterior e motivação (r = -0,02) e entre experiência e entretenimento (r = -0,11). Alguns alunos enfrentaram desafios relacionados ao uso de ferramentas digitais, edição de conteúdo e trabalho em equipe.
