However, the procedural norm is applied immediately for processes that are initiated, even for the ones that are in process, but the rules of competition, the interposed impugning means, the procedural acts with execution principle and the terms that will have begun, will continue being treated by the previous norm.Desde la posición adoptada por nuestro ordenamiento jurídico procesal sobre la aplicación inmediata de la norma, incluso al proceso en trámite, señala que esta entra en vigencia a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, por lo que los actos que se susciten a partir de su vigencia quedan bajo su marco de aplicación.
