We come into the structural connections between the Spanish groups of communication, seeing the links with other media, industrial, financial and political sectors. In the same way, we contemplate the international projections of these groups, especially to the rest of Europe and South America. We approach to the real issuers of the journalistic discourse and to the determinants that impede nowadays the real informative pluralism in the Spanish media system.Este artículo analiza, desde una perspectiva crítica, la estructura empresarial de los principales diarios generalistas de España. Profundizamos en las conexiones estructurales entre los grupos de comunicación a los que pertenecen estos medios, así como con respecto a otros sectores mediáticos, industriales, financieros y políticos. De igual modo, contemplamos las proyecciones internacionales de estos grupos, especialmente hacia el resto de Europa y América Latina. Nos aproximamos así a los verdaderos emisores del discurso periodístico y a los condicionantes que dificultan actualmente el pluralismo informativo real en el sistema de medios español.Universidad San Martín de Porres.
