Aquí destaca la responsabilidad del empleador en garantizar la privacidad y seguridad de la información del trabajador cuando el hard core o por las actividades de la empresa está tenga las que trabajar con información personal de los trabajadores. Este deber de protección de los datos de los trabajadores abarcan diversos aspectos, como, por ejemplo, recolección, acopiamiento y manipulación adecuada de información. Acciones que debe asumir el empleador, para lo cual debe implementar todas las medidas necesarias y suficientes, para que la información financiera, de salud o de otra índole no afecten a los trabajadores. Para cumplir con está finalidad lo primero que debe de realizar el empleador hacía todos los trabajadores es la comunicación de sensibilidad e importancia de los derechos que protege el principio de autodeterminación informativa, también tomando acciones tecnológicas lo suficientemente idóneas, para que no se violen estos derechos, y solo podrán tomarse acciones de las más graves por el empleador si es que ha cumplido con las dos condiciones anteriores.

This duty of protecting workers' data covers various aspects such as the collection, storage, and proper handling of information. The employer must take necessary and sufficient measures to prevent financial, health, or other types of information from negatively affecting the workers. To achieve this, the employer must first communicate the sensitivity and importance of the rights protected by the principle of informational self-determination to all workers. Additionally, the employer should implement technologically suitable actions to prevent the violation of these rights.
