description El trabajo jurídico permite realizar una breve reflexión y análisis a los argumentos jurídicos expuestos por el Tribunal Registral, mediante la Resolución N° 1623- 2020-SUNARP-TR, en la cual se decide revocar la observación formulada por el Registrador Público del Registro de Predios de Huánuco y, por ende, disponer la tacha sustantiva al título. Esto, debido a que no se había establecido el valor real del inmueble. Así, pues, es intención de la autora demostrar que la falta de consignación del valor real en el contrato de donación no constituye un requisito de validez y, por tanto, ser sancionado con nulidad ni mucho menos ser tachado, por cuanto, como demostraremos, el mismo es pasible de ser corregido mediante un documento posterior. Finalmente, realizare una propuesta a fin de que los usuarios no se perjudiquen en cuanto al acceso al registro, bajo interpretaciones erróneas de la normativa y sin tener en cuenta los métodos de interpretación.
