Thus, it is suggested that such statements should be allowed. To do this, the main concepts on commercial advertising, types and advertising claims are reviewed. Likewise, the history of the regulation of comparative advertising in Peru is described. Then, the main restrictions applicable to simple and comparative advertising in Peru are analyzed.
