The main financial sources of the firm are explored and the various financial decisions taken by the company’s management of this are evaluated as well as the main reasons that led to the situation where Alicorp is in 2015. The information suggests that the decisions taken until 2014 reduced the value of the company, triggering its managerial and financial restructuring in 2015.
