Así mismo, estudios efectuados en el extranjero si han llegado a abordar temáticas como experiencias o construcción de identidades, pero en el caso peruano se observó que los estudios están relacionados a cómo están los jóvenes y sus identidades, más no en la parte administrativa del centro o con quienes interactúan. Esto ha restado importancia al rol que cumplen los trabajadores en el proceso de rehabilitación y reinserción de los adolescentes, por ello, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo el identificar los tipos de roles y formas en las que los miembros del equipo multidisciplinario logran construir y desempeñar sus funciones en los centros de diagnóstico y rehabilitación. Para poder recopilar esta información se llevó a cabo veinticuatro entrevistas a trabajadores que cumplan las funciones del equipo multidisciplinario en los centros juveniles.
