description El presente informe analiza el problema sobre la imposición de las medidas correctivas en el ordenamiento jurídico peruano y su imposición por parte de organismo técnicos especializados y agencia de la competencia como lo es Indecopi. En ese sentido, se analiza si las medidas adoptadas por Indecopi en el seno del procedimiento de tutela del consumidor se corresponden con el principio de tipicidad establecido en la Ley de Procedimiento Administrativo General. Es interesante el análisis de estas figuras jurídicas porque también está presente el debate de si la imposición de las medidas correctivas corresponde a la potestas de fiscalización o únicamente al poder de policía de la administración. Finalmente, el autor sostiene que, pese a la indeterminación de las medidas correctivas establecidas en el Código de Protección del Consumidor, el mismo estaría acorde con el principio de tipicidad.

In this sense, it is analyzed whether the measures adopted by Indecopi within the consumer protection procedure correspond to the principle of typicality established in the General Administrative Procedure Law. The analysis of these legal figures is interesting because the debate is also present as to whether the imposition of corrective measures corresponds to the powers of inspection or only to the police power of the administration.
