Dicha decisión conlleva a la vulneración del derecho al territorio de los pueblos indígenas en la zona, desencadenándose mayores afectaciones a sus derechos, puesto que las actividades a realizarse implican el ingreso de terceros a la zona que habitan, exponiendo a los PIACI a su consecuente muerte por los conflictos que se desarrollan, así como la exposición a enfermedades. Frente a ello, el presente informe jurídico aborda la problemática de la vulneración al derecho al territorio de los pueblos indígenas en aislamiento y en contacto inicial, ante la primacía de la explotación de recursos naturales por sobre derechos humanos en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por el marco jurídico peruano y diversos tratados a los que el Perú está adscrito sobre pueblos indígenas.
