La investigación es de naturaleza cualitativa, ya que se centra en conocer la experiencia de educación no presencial de una institución superior no universitaria en específico. Y es motivada porque, a raíz de la suspensión de clases presenciales, las instituciones educativas (en todos sus niveles) tuvieron que adaptarse a una modalidad no tan conocida, para la cual no se encontraban preparadas. Así, se realizó el estudio de caso del Instituto Fe y Alegría N.° 75, explorando el proceso de adaptación y ejecución de las clases mediante entrevistas al equipo académico y encuestas a alumnos, con el objetivo de contribuir a las investigaciones sobre las clases de modalidad remota en el contexto de la pandemia en nuestro país.
