Concluyendo con aportar una interpretación del delito de agresiones desde una perspectiva de género, teniendo como elementos base al elemento por su condición de tal y el elemento contexto. |

In this sense, a brief description of the crime of aggression will be made. It also seeks to explain the concept of violence against women and its difference with the concept of violence against members of the family group, what the gender perspective consists of, its legal recognition and its relationship with the principles of good governance. Finally, an analysis is made of the "circle of violence" proposal, seeking to answer the question of whether it is in line with the gender perspective.
