The objective of this thesis is a good administrative management, for the company FERREMAS, it will begin with the analysis of the company, looking for the appropriate technology, its needs are evaluated in its information management, highlighting deficiencies; It is observed that there is a lot of ignorance in the topics of information technology. The concept of ERP is deepened and its improvement in the management of operations for good decision-making, the advantages, causes for its implementation and its impact on companies are explained. In the first chapter, an analysis of the company was carried out as well as the problem it is going through and the indicators to evaluate the feasibility of the work. In chapter II bibliography and concepts necessary to carry out the project were reviewed. In Chapter III, a planning of the time and resources necessary to carry out the project was made. In chapter IV, what was planned was executed and the project was monitored and controlled. In Chapter V the project was closed. In Chapter VI the evaluation of the results was carried out. Finally, its main processes and needs were analyzed, and this is how the proposal for the implementation of an ERP system in the company is proposed; showing all the benefits that lead to this conclusion.
