Describe el uso del agua que vienen haciendo los usuarios del Bloque de riego Nembrillo, la cual es objeto de regularización a través del otorgamiento de licencia de uso de agua, al amparo de la Segunda Disposición Complementaria final de la Ley 29338, Ley de Recursos Hídricos.
