En este sentido, proporciona información integral de los recursos naturales reconocidos en el área y sus posibilidades de aprovechamiento para usos agropecuario y forestal; asimismo presenta programas de desarrollo para las áreas de influencia directa de las carreteras principales propuestas como ejes de desarrollo y establece la prefactibilidad de las inversiones de dichas obras.
