La investigación buscó la comprobación de larelación que existente sobre clima organizacional y lacalidad de servicio educativo brindado por el InstitutoNacional de Danza Raymond Mauge Thoniel de laciudad de Guayaquil-Ecuador 2017. La investigaciónfue descriptivo- correlacional y de diseño noexperimental-transversal. Se recolectaron los datoscon una encueta para cada variable adaptada a tipoLikert cuya muestra fue 95 estudiantes, 08 docentes,03 personal administrativo, 02 directivos. En laprueba de hipótesis se hizo uso de r de Pearson. Losresultados concluyeron que el clima organizacionalse correlaciona significativamente con un coeficientede 0.865 que corresponde a un nivel de correlaciónpositiva alta, con un nivel de 0,05 de significancia.Se acepta la hipótesis de trabajo Existe una relaciónsignificativa entre el clima organizacional y la calidadde servicio educativo brindado por el InstitutoNacional de Danza Raymond Mauge Thoniel de laciudad de Guayaquil-Ecuador 2017.
The research sought to verify the relationshipthat exists on organizational climate and the qualityof educational service provided by the NationalDance Institute Raymond Mauge Thoniel of thecity of Guayaquil-Ecuador 2017. The research wasdescriptive-correlational and non-experimentaldesign- cross. Data were collected with a survey foreach variable adapted to Likert type whose samplewas 95 students, 08 teachers, 03 administrative staff,02 managers. In the hypothesis test, Pearson's r wasused. The results concluded that the organizationalclimate correlates significantly with a coefficient of0.865 that corresponds to a high positive correlationlevel, with a 0.05 level of significance. The workinghypothesis is accepted There is a significantrelationship between the organizational climate andthe quality of educational service provided by theRaymond Mauge Thoniel National Dance Institute ofthe city of Guayaquil-Ecuador 2017
