Times has changed; the world has changed; and the way of managing organizations and people too. The stage of the socioeconomic history that we have to live today has been called the fourth Industrial Revolution. In it, new technologies have invaded inevitably and have led us to change, almost obligatorily, the way we work and relate to our family, work team, clients and environment.
Los tiempos han cambiado; el mundo ha cambiado; y la manera de gestionar las organizaciones y a las personas también. La etapa de la historia socio - económica que nos toca vivir hoy ha sido denominada la cuarta Revolución Industrial. En ella, las nuevas tecnologías han incursionado de forma inevitable y nos han llevado a cambiar, casi de manera obligatoria, la manera en que trabajamos y nos relacionamos con nuestra familia, equipo de trabajo, clientes y entorno.
