Sumario:Objective: To determine the effectiveness of the educational program “My posture my health” in the knowledgeand practices for the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders in workers in the private business “Exige”. Materialsand Methods: Pre-experimental design and of longitudinal cutting. The sample was non-probabilistic and byconvenience, made up of 50 workers. The instruments used for the data collection were prepared by presentinga KR-20 of 0.739 for the knowledge questionnaire and 0.790 for the observation guide. They also demonstrateda content validity of 1 through the Aiken V test. Results: Through the Wilcoxon test, it shows that “My posture,my health” program is effective in the knowledge and practices for the prevention of musculoskeletal disorderswith a p-value of 0.000. Conclusions: The educational programs contribute to the improvement of knowledgeand practices, and encourage the adoption of healthy habits and lifestyles.
