In short, we believe that having done the analysis of different methods for the study and diagnosis of the IOE in order to make discrimination which corresponds to it and which could be due to a pathology associated, we can say: we understand in the diagnosis of SUI should be used in a coordinated and successively the various methods, which are not exclusive in this study but instead are complementary. That we believe may be useful as a diagnostic start with static methods tactic: a) Determination of residual urine - b) The uretrometría - c) Stress tests - d) Cystoscopy - e) Exploring reflexes Bors - f) cystography. That diagnostic study should be continued with dynamic methods: a) The simple cistonometría - b) The uretrocistonometría - c) The voiding cineftuoroscopía.
Resumiendo, consideramos que después de haber hecho el análisis de los distintos métodos para el estudio y diagnóstico de la I.O.E., para hacer así la discriminación de lo que corresponde a la misma y lo que podría deberse a una patología asociada, podemos expresar: que entendemos que en el diagnóstico de la I.O.E. deben emplearse en forma coordinada y sucesiva los distintos métodos, que no son excluyentes en dicho estudio sino que por el contrario se complementan. Que consideramos que puede resultar útil como táctica diagnóstica comenzar con los métodos estáticos: a) Determinación de la orina residual - b) La uretrometría - c) Las pruebas de esfuerzo - d) La cistoscopia - e) La exploración de los reflejos de Bors - f) La cistografía. Que debe continuarse el estudio diagnóstico con los métodos dinámicos: a) La cistonometría simple - b) La uretrocistonometría - c) La cineftuoroscopía miccional.
