The amniotic fluid is the medium in which the embryo and fetus are developed and as other liquid media agency, has been the subject of research for many years. In recent times, the study has taken a long boom, either to recognize their biochemical or biophysical and its variations throughout the pregnancy, or to recognize its origin, volume and morphological, physical and chemical characteristics related to the fetus and gestational pathology.
El líquido amniótico, es el medio en el que se desarrollan el embrión y el feto y, como otros medios líquidos del organismo, ha sido motivo de investigación desde hace muchos años. En los últimos tiempos, su estudio ha tomado mucho auge, ya sea para reconocer su composición bioquímica o biofísica y sus variaciones a lo largo del embarazo, o para reconocer su origen, volumen y características morfológicas, físicas y químicas en relación al feto y a la patología de la gestación.
