We thought it appropriate that, on the basis of our experience, we can draw some guidance and conclusions that will lead to better diagnostic approaches, without repeating other experiences that are different from ours. For these reasons we will base our discussion on a statistical review of 16 years (1964-1980) on GENERAL HOSPITAL HEALTH CENTER BASE TRUJILLO, on the incidence of ovarian tumors, diagnosis and treatment, focusing on the age group of 10 to 19, comprising the adolescent group.
Hemos creído conveniente que, sobre la base de nuestra experiencia, podamos sacar algunas orientaciones y conclusiones que nos lleven a mejores planteamientos diagnósticos, sin tener que repetir otras experiencias que son diferentes a las nuestras. Por lo expuesto basaremos nuestra exposición en una revisión estadística de 16 años (1964-1980) en el HOSPITAL GENERAL BASE CENTRO SALUD DE TRUJILLO, sobre la incidencia de tumores de ovario, su diagnóstico y tratamiento, haciendo hincapié en el grupo etáreo de 10 a 19 años, que comprende al grupo adolescente.
