Surgical profiles and prognosis in tubal microsurgery

Cases operated by microsurgical technique in pathology of the fallopian tubes are analyzed. It was noted that few cases operated by surgeons using the same techniques did not respond in the hands of others. Therefore it is recommended to use the classification of tubal pathology in relation to the extent of the injuries that were adopted at the World Congress of Fertility in 1975 where the evaluation committee of the techniques and results in which Peru is a member represented by the author of this work, this classification must be used in order to evaluate the results on equal terms. Analysis and results in the series with realism in the techniques used is presented.
Se analizan casos operados por la técnica de microcirugía en patología de las trompas de falopio. Se observó que los casos operados por unos cirujanos con las mismas técnicas no respondieron en manos de otros. Por lo tanto se recomienda utilizar la clasificación de la patología tubaria en relación a la extensión de las lesiones que fueron aprobadas en el Congreso Mundial de Fertilidad en 1975 donde el Comité de evaluación de las técnicas y resultados en la que el Perú es miembro representado por el autor de este trabajo, deberá utilizarse esta clasificación para así evaluar los resultados en igualdad de condiciones. Se presenta un análisis y resultados en la serie con realismo en las técnicas empleadas.
