In this synthesis, developing a brief explanation about the preparation, construction and manufacturing methods of the manufacturing process of rubber tires. While brief, this information will provide a comprehensive and simple idea of the manufacturing process that in itself is interesting. The features of the process are shown in a diagram. The initial phase of the process is the preparation of the rubber, this is initiated by mixing the components in accordance with a scientific formula. Alongside the various components that make up the structure of the tire are made. Finally, a rigorous quality control of the finished product is essential to successfully ensure durability.
En esta síntesis, desarrollo una breve explicación acerca de la preparación, construcción y los métodos de manufactura del proceso de fabricación de las llantas de caucho. Si bien es breve, esta información brindará una idea global y simple del proceso de fabricación que de por si es interesante. Los rasgos del proceso se muestran en un diagrama. La fase inicial del proceso es la preparación del caucho, este se inicia con la mezcla de los componentes en conformidad con una fórmula científica. Paralelamente se confeccionan los diferentes componentes que conforman la estructura de la llanta. Finalmente un control de calidad riguroso del producto terminado es esencial para asegurar la durabilidad con éxito.
