Currently the area of computing is in permanent crisis, continuous change, and the emergence of new and emerging technologies in the management of information has become a constant, today the competitiveness of a company and a government begins quantified according to the efficiency that handles and manages its information. In Peru, SMEs absorb 60% of the economically active population, account for about 96% of all businesses and contribute, along with the mid-market, with 40% of production nacional1. 
Actualmente el área de la informática esta en permanente crisis, el cambio continuo, y la aparición de nuevas tecnologías emergentes en el manejo de la información, se ha constituido en una constante, hoy en día la competitividad de una empresa y de un Gobierno se empieza a cuantificar de acuerdo a la eficiencia en la que se maneja y administra su información. En Perú, las Pymes absorben 60% de la PEA, concentran alrededor del 96% del total de empresas y contribuyen, junto con la mediana empresa, con un 40% de la producción nacional1.
