Sumario:This article presents an advance of the investigation about the level of influence in cognitive factors focused in reading comprehension, particularly in the grammatical competition, the operative memory and the inferences. Educational action must take into account these strategies. Consequently, we present the objectives of this investigation, as well as the theoretical frame, which specifies the definition of each one of the variables. The problem of the investigation and the corresponding hypotheses are also developed. The condition of the situation allows us to affirm that inferential strategies are the most important; we indicate that this research is of an almost experimental character, which will be validated using the analyses instruments elaborated for it.
