Sumario:It is necessary to find out a solution for the Peruvian education problems, but particularly, we have to help the person who is learning, the real human been who thinks and feels, poking inside of him or her to compromise them in the search of solutions to the problems and their background. The individual is more important than the statistics. The education, as a social interaction process, has to improve children and teenagers capacities in solving conflicts that are present in a diverse and changing reality. In this article there is a definition of qualitative investigation, which is really important especially for education; there is also a brief contrast of the quantitative investigation, known as hypothetical deductive, and we propose a model for qualitative investigation: “Technologies impact in knowledge and communication focused in the thoughts and feelings of young people”, this is a thesis written to obtain the doctor’s grade. I consider of particular importance the methodological topics: sample, instruments and comparative analysis focused on the subject.
