The COVID-19 health crisis posed a new scenario for society, having a ripple effect in, academic areas; to a greater extent, the audiovisual. University entities were ahead of events and proposed TRIC practices that would serve for the times that were to come and that in many cases were ahead of now normalized actions. This research analyzes the cognitive, emotional and social learning acquired by students in quarantine and how the realization of Radio Nebrija in the radio field and Nebrija Talent in the television field, two TRIC projects based on an ABP methodology, served to configure new working models for students and new university dynamics for teachers. To guarantee that the teaching-learning process is carried out even and with all adversities, it is necessary that before expecting excellent work, practices and participation in classes, students are taught to manage their emotions, which leads to having as study objective to discover the impact of learning to handle or manage emotions on the academic performance of students in the face of a change in educational methodology, in this case due to pandemic issues. In order to carry out this process, a survey through Google Forms was used as an instrument aimed at students between 11-18 years of age at the secondary level of a polytechnic located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.Keywords: emotions, pandemic, education, academic performance.

The following is a proposal of an analysis of the transposition of literature to film of the novel Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen and the essay A Grief Observed by C. S. Lewis. The first aim in both cases is to delve into the new contributions of the latest film version of Austin’s novel and the qualities and characteristics of the film version of the C. S. Lewis note pad, based on the theoretical contributions of such authors as Gerard Genette, Geoffrey Wagner, Brian Mcfarlane, among others.
