This research seeks to establish one of the methodologies for the establishment of a series of management indicators in construction projects in educational centers, in order to improve performance in monitoring the management of health and safety at work and thus reduce the level of accident rates in high-risk works of the works. The method used to develop a mapping of indicators consisted of identifying the stages of the construction processes of the work of an educational center, followed by the selection of the performance indicators of safety and health at work, according to a series of established criteria such as hazard identification, risk assessment and control measures and legal requirements such as Supreme Decree No. 011-2019-TR. La presente investigación busca minimizar los cortes de energía a través de la implementación de un modelo de mantenimiento predictivo para tableros eléctricos, a fin de reducir el impacto de los cortes de energía en los edificios corporativos administrados. El estudio empleó registros históricos de fallas, encuestas al personal y datos de monitoreo. Además, se modelaron distintos escenarios mediante simulación de eventos discretos en Python. La propuesta integra tres ejes: (i) mapeo de flujo de valor (Value Stream Mapping, VSM) para identificar y eliminar actividades sin valor; (ii) monitoreo en tiempo real de variables críticas, tales como la temperatura, corriente y vibración); y (iii) estandarización de tiempos de respuesta con protocolos basados en confiabilidad. Hydrogenated Aluminum Oxynitride (AlNxOy:H) is a versatile material for the surface passivation of crystalline silicon (c-Si). The capability of having positive or negative fixed charges makes AlNxOy:H a suitable material for surface passivation of both n-type and p-type c-Si. Terbium (Tb) implemented in thin films is known for its potential for downshifting light. This work studies the electronic properties of the Tb-doped AlNxOy:H/cSi(p) interface. The studied samples’ layers were deposited by reactive direct current (DC) sputtering with different hydrogen flows and then annealed. Due to high leakage currents and high defect densities, the electronic properties of the Tb-doped AlNxOy:H layers could not be analyzed conclusively using standard techniques such as high-frequency capacitance-voltage (HF-CV) or quasi-steady-state photoconductance (QSSPC) measurements, respectively.
