El presente trabajo ha sido realizado con el propósito de revelar los casos de Violación Sexual cometido contra los niños, niñas y adolescentes por lo que facilitaré información sobre mi investigación realizada en la que claramente se está vulnerando derechos de estas pequeñas víctimas de abuso sexual. Con mi investigación, quiero demostrar la alta incidencia de este ilícito penal, para que tanto; los padres de familia o tutores puedan tomar la mayor cantidad posible de medidas preventivas debido a que este abuso sexual se está dando a nivel macro lo cual constituye un serio problema jurídico-social por lo que se debería fortalecer las políticas públicas mediante normas o legislaciones más rigurosas.
