The upgrade program of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) was implemented during the second Long Shutdown program (2019/2020). For this program, the ALICE Collaboration (A Large Ion Collider Experiment) proposed, among others, a new detector called Muon Forward Tracker (MFT). The primary goal of the MFT detector, installed on December 2021 and located between the Inner Tracker System (ITS) and the Muon Spectrometer, is to improve the capability of vertex reconstruction. The MFT is equipped with the same pixel sensors used for the ITS upgrade. These sensors are the ALICE Pixel Detectors (ALPIDE), a kind of monolithic active pixel sensor. Nanocrystalline solar cells were made by incorporation of cis-dithiocyanato-bis(2,2'-bipyridyl- 4,4'-dicarboxylate) ruthenium (I1) into sputter deposited titanium oxide films. After a pyridine treatment, it was possible 10 achieve a photoelectric conversion efficiency as high as 7% for a solar intensity of100W/m almost the same as for conventional nanocrystalline cells with colloidally prepared titanium oxide. Transmission electron microscopy indicated a parallel penniform microstructure, and secondary ion mass spectroscopy showed that the dye incorporation was uniform except in the bottom parts of the sputtered films where a decreased porosity seems to limit the penetration of the dye.

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es sobre, el control del SCR con UJT, PIC y Arduino, que consiste en la implementación de un proyecto sobre un carrito electrónico. La cual es simulado a través del Arduino y controlado vía bluetooth (celular: 5G), para demostrar el funcionamiento y desarrollo correcto desde la apertura (disparo) por el gate (compuerta) del SCR en el circuito electrónico. En la cual analizaremos y demostraremos a cada uno de los dispositivos electrónicos, a través de una implementación según el funcionamiento y la característica de cada componente (SCR-UJT) en relación a micro controlador pic y el Arduino, las cuales cuenta con la misma arquitectura y el lenguaje de programación con la única diferencia que el primero se programa en puerto serie, paralelo o USB a través de una computadora y el Arduino se hace a través del puerto serial Asíncron...
