In this paper, the main objective was the preliminary study of the High Speed Rail Line - LIFAVE, included in the Trujillo - Lima section, constituted under an integral approach in its development, which was based on the use of the hierarchical analytical process - PAJ, as a percentage measurement instrument between LIFAVE and road transport (conventional transport). Hoy en día, el análisis sísmico y el diseño geotécnico de instalaciones mineras, como depósitos de desmonte de mina y pads de lixiviación ubicadas usualmente en zonas altamente sísmicas, requieren una adecuada caracterización de las propiedades dinámicas de los materiales que se almacenarán en ellas, tales como el desmonte de mina y mineral ROM (run-of-mine) o mineral directo de mina sin proceso de chancado, esto con el fin de evaluar la estabilidad sísmica de estas estructuras.
