La presente investigación se llevó a cabo en el Laboratorio Nacional de Hidráulica de la UNI. El objetivo ha sido evaluar y determinar la mejor eficiencia de un prototipo de la bomba de ariete hidráulico multipulsor. Para ello se varió las carreras del resorte en 0.86 mm, se varió el número de válvulas impulsoras (trabajando con 1, 2 y 3 válvulas), se configuraron las válvulas impulsoras en serie y en paralelo, y se disminuyó el diámetro de la bomba de ariete de 11/2" a 1". Durante las pruebas para cada prototipo se cuantificaron el caudal de descarga y el caudal perdido. This paper initially describes aspects of the modeling of structures equipped with energy dissipators Shear Link Bozzo (SLB) and develops two iterative design procedures to select these devices. This methodology is applied to a precast 5-story reinforced concrete building. The SLB energy dissipation devices are initially stiff, but ductile with a range of yielding forces from 36 kN to 900 kN characterized by 52 + 52 standard devices. Moreover, these devices can be combined in parallel giving a very wide range of possibilities for selection and corresponding structural response.
