El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar si la Corriente de opinión de los agentes comunicadores influyen en la decisión de los Jueces de investigación preparatoria del distrito judicial de San Martín en la aplicación de la Prisión Preventiva. This paper present a model of software engineering to estimate the social distancing with realistic inputs. This might be incorporated in a smart-phone application in order to get an exact estimate of the values of social distancing in times of global pandemic. Attention is paid on the measurement of outdoor scenarios where wind velocity would play an important role to move the aerosols at distances beyond the known social distances. Thus, the dehydration time emerges also as a predictor of risk to get the infection of virus. The proposed software has capabilities to yield numeric values of risk in terms of probabilities. It is expected that once the associated computational program is running then the permanent assessment of potential scenarios would give concrete values of social distancing. In this manner one expects that these values are uploaded at an Internet network.

This article deals with the legal problem that arises when it is questioned whether the codes of conduct are likely to be considered as legal norms or not. Therefore, the object of study is to contribute to clarify the discussion that arises around social responsibility from a legal angle. In this way, a transversal analysis will be carried out on the legal nature of the codes of conduct, which seek, beyond that they have the character of soft law, that they contain rights that are effective or enforceable. Based on this, the author proposes several hypotheses that highlight the legal effectiveness of the aforementioned codes. El presente trabajo analiza el caso Exp. N.º 00512-2013-PHC/TC donde se plantea la controversia sobre la independencia e imparcialidad judicial de todo un distrito judicial y el uso del hábeas corpus para poder revisar un posible conflicto de interés institucional. El caso en la justicia ordinaria trata de un proceso penal en Huánuco en el que la propia Corte Superior de Justicia local figuraba como agraviada, generando serias dudas sobre la independencia e imparcialidad del juez (Constitución, art. 139; CADH, art. 8.1). Los imputados Giles Alipazaga y otros interpusieron un hábeas corpus (Constitución, art. 200; CPC, arts. 4, 5; ahora NCPC, art. 7 y 9) alegando la falta de juez imparcial. El presente es un estudio transversal y descriptivo realizado en 23 instituciones educativas estatales del distrito de Villa El Salvador, con el objetivo de determinar las concentraciones de nitritos y nitratos presentes en los hot dogs de consumo directo que se expenden en dichas instituciones educativas, debido a sus reconocidos efectos tóxicos sobre la salud, como son la metahemoglobinemia y la formación de nitrosaminas carcinogénicas. Para tal fin, se determinaron las concentraciones de estos aditivos mediante análisis espectrofotométrico en un equipo Spectronic – G Bauch y Lomb, y luego se comparó estos valores con las cantidades establecidas por las normativas nacional (INDECOPI) e internacional (Codex Alimentarius) vigentes. 3D printing is widely used due to its versatility and low manufacturing cost, but this manufacturing method has limitations such as the use of only 3 degrees of freedom that consists of extrusion by layers contained in the XY plane with displacement high on the Z-axis. On the other hand, there is the printing volume which is reduced, and finally the loss of material that occurs when having supports. Next, a versatile procedure is presented, which is mounted on a KUKA KR60 robotic arm, with which complex surfaces can be printed and of a larger size with the help of the robot arm's work area, parts with concave surfaces, and convex where printing supports are removed. Software visualization is an important issue in the domains of software maintenance, reconstruction of software architectures, and reverse engineering. In this context, the use of some supporting tools is relevant for medium and large software applications, where the quantity of source code to review and analyze is higher. This work presents a framework based on streams and graphs for the extraction of models from source code. Some important features of this framework includes parallelization of streams, first elements representation based on graphs, rules definition based on DSL, and generation of UML diagrams in XMI format. Java Web applications from GitHub repositories were used for evaluating the framework implementations, the results are shown.
