Debido a los constantes deslizamientos que se producen en lugares cercanos a la zona de estudio, especialmente en épocas de invierno, nos llevó a realizar un estudio más detallado y minucioso acerca de la estabilidad de taludes en roca entre los kilómetros 95 al 97 de la carretera Ciudad de Dios - Cajamarca. Es por ello que la presente tesis se encargará de informar al gobierno central y a la población aledaña si realmente se puede producir un deslizamiento en el tramo mencionado.
