La presente tesis tiene como base los artículos “Efficient multiplierless architecture for frame synchronization in DVB&S2 standard” de Boutillon et al. y “Optimización de la detección de inicio de trama mediante el método de sumatoria simplificada sobre DVB&S2” de Vilca et al.; los mismos que refieren a la optimización de la sincronización de trama combinando la información de cabecera de inicio de trama SOF (Start of Frame) más la información del código PLS (Physical Layer Signaling) con dos umbrales (SOF T1+PLS T 2) y un solo umbral ((SOF+PLS) T) de estimación sin piloto respectivamente. El estudio de ambos artículos permitió desarrollar un algoritmo con un nuevo método de detección de inicio de trama denominado “SUMATORIA GLOBAL”, método que también combina la información del SOF y PLS sin piloto con un sólo umbral de estimación denotado como (SOF+PLS ...

Entrepreneurship development is important for any business. The purpose of this study is to present an entrepreneurial model for start-ups focused on the impact of innovation and non-formal education. The present research model examines the role of informal training on business performance and customer expectation estimation. The derived theoretical model was tested on 100 startup business data in Iran. The PLS-SEM analysis showed that non-formal education directly affected the performance of businesses. Findings showed that human capital is one of the determinants of non-formal education. The mediating effect of informal training and customer expectation estimation on the relationship between HR quality and business performance was quite evident.

Para el desarrollo de la presente investigación, se tomó como referencia el artículo indexado "Efficient multiplierless architecture for frame synchronization in DVB-S2 standard" de Boutillon et al. El objetivo del presente informe es la presentación de las funciones relacionadas con la supervisión de los procesos de lixiviación, extracción por solventes y electrodeposición de cobre, con la finalidad de obtener las mejores eficiencias de recuperación, transferencia y electrodeposición en cada etapa. En la etapa de lixiviación, para asegurar una buena eficiencia de recuperación, se realizaron pruebas para determinar la cinética de lixiviación de cada mineral a lixiviar, de tal manera que se pueda decidir las proporciones de mezcla entre ellos. The present research aims to determine the influence of technological difficulty, job characteristics, mediated by technostress and stress, on the performance and job satisfaction of workers who telework in a multinational company. In the academic careers of subfields like Journalism, the communicational field is at a crisis caused by the gap between theory accumulation and knowledge reproduction. Thirty years ago, Verón and Martín-Barbero proposed a new approach, displacing analysis of the media to mediations. In 2008, Scolari started focusing in the hypermediations, consisting of forwards, hybridization and contaminations. In 2009, Castells put emphasis on the observation of social transformations provoked by mass auto-communication. While we must think in dismassification and fragmentation, obsolete notions like massive culture or cultural industry resist, reducing the profession to a poor monologue with little incidence in the informative management. The subject of this paper is to discuss the factors that disturb the connection between two academic plans necessarily interdependent.
