Para lograrlo, en el primer capítulo, se explicará el contexto en el que se encuentran inmersos los jóvenes y el perfil que los caracteriza; en el segundo capítulo, se abordará la necesidad de comunicar el Evangelio y cómo la Teología Pastoral o Práctica puede ayudar en la misión. Abstract The essential purpose of the study carried out was to objectively verify the effectiveness of the flipped classroom system in virtual educational processes in the specialty of Historical-Social Sciences of the Faculty of Education of the National University Federico Villarreal. To this end, an applied, descriptive comparative study was developed, with a longitudinal sectional experimental design and a quantitative approach. An investigation was carried out whose essential purpose was to establish if the application of the Virtual Education system in the subjects of a Higher Education Institution of Metropolitan Lima has generated resistance to said change in its teaching staff. With this objective, a "descriptive" study was carried out, with a "descriptive-comparative" level, "non-experimental" design with a "quantitative" approach.
