El objetivo principal de la presente investigación es plantear una descripción del perfil de los rasgos comunicacionales del Papa Francisco y cómo estos pueden ser una respuesta a la nueva evangelización, en especial a los jóvenes. Para lograrlo, en el primer capítulo, se explicará el contexto en el que se encuentran inmersos los jóvenes y el perfil que los caracteriza; en el segundo capítulo, se abordará la necesidad de comunicar el Evangelio y cómo la Teología Pastoral o Práctica puede ayudar en la misión. En el tercer capítulo, se propondrá algunas características fundamentales que definen a un buen comunicador en el plano espiritual, un modelo del discurso y prototipos de comunicadores; y, en el cuarto capítulo, se observará la figura del Papa Francisco y sus características comunicacionales en los mensajes a los jóvenes. Abstract The essential purpose of the study carried out was to objectively verify the effectiveness of the flipped classroom system in virtual educational processes in the specialty of Historical-Social Sciences of the Faculty of Education of the National University Federico Villarreal. To this end, an applied, descriptive comparative study was developed, with a longitudinal sectional experimental design and a quantitative approach. To fulfill this intention, a questionnaire was applied before and after the application of the system, to the experimental group and the control group, in order to verify if there were significant differences between these groups at the end of the experience. The essential purpose of this research was to verify if an Environmental Education Program developed and applied by the above-mentioned authors positively influences the development and consolidation of the care and conservation of Amazonian forests in students of the CC specialty. An investigation was carried out whose essential purpose was to establish if the application of the Virtual Education system in the subjects of a Higher Education Institution of Metropolitan Lima has generated resistance to said change in its teaching staff. With this objective, a "descriptive" study was carried out, with a "descriptive-comparative" level, "non-experimental" design with a "quantitative" approach.
