Como principal oportunidad de mejora en cuanto a efectividad y oportunidad, resulta fundamental enfocar nuestros esfuerzos en el canal telefónico, dado que, a nivel general, se encuentra mayor insatisfacción y actualmente existe un margen de mejora. This text addresses the use of digital communication of the Colombian indigenous movement, from the cases of the Communication Fabric of the ACIN and the Collective Winds of the CRIHU, for this it focuses on the analysis of the actions of mobilization of the Minga Indígena and Popular of 2008 and the recovery of Cerro El Berlín, held in Cauca and the Mingas of Liberation of Mother Earth in 2012 and 2013, held in Huila. Fundamental mobilizations in the historical struggle and the indige nous resistance, in these they articulated communicative and digital strategies, the appropriation of diverse supports and technological repertoires to counter the stigmatization of the hegemonic means and the reproduction of the state voice, thus to potentiate the political communication since Action and resistance.

ICT in the educational context can be seen as information transmitting resources that link the teacher and the student in the improvement of teaching-learning adapted to the needs and characteristics of each subject. From this perspective, we seek to describe the state of Iberoamerican scientific production on the inclusion of ICT in the educational discipline in the period 2010 to 2020, based on a retrospective descriptive analysis of publications collected in journals indexed in Scopus. A total of n=1976 contributions were collected. It was found that production increased by 8.51%. Virtual social networks have had a notable impact on our lives, and over the years it has led to the creation of new virtual socialization platforms such as Instagram, which in our context has taken great interest, especially in adults young people, occupying a large part of their personal, academic, work and social space, often leading to problematic behaviors such as addiction. The objective of this study was to design and validate the Bergen Instagram Addiction Scale (BIAS), based on the short Spanish version of the Bergen Facebook Addiction Scale (BFAS). 200 Peruvian adult Instagram users from 18 to 35 years old participated (M age = 25.9; SD age = 4.29), 63.5% were women.
