Ethics and accountability have proved to be crucial aspects in fact-checking, which can only be understood in connection with social responsibility and public service. This research aims to provide a new scope of analysis by taking the code of principles of the International Fact-checking Network as a reference to observe the level of compliance and accountability of several fact-checking platforms. The study focuses on the Spanish context, where four fact-checking initiatives are verified signatories of the aforementioned code: Maldita.es, Newtral, EFE Verifica and Verificat. The objective of this investigation is to identify and examine the characteristic segments that channel a type of discourse in the form of radio spots that infringes the Spanish advertising code of conduct. The work is focused on one of the most important principles for the consumer: that of truthfulness. The different types of misleading advertising have been analysed by means of factor analysis and its subsequent interpretation, based on a representative sample of radio spots that takes into account their broadcast frequency.

The author examines the issue of authenticity and integrity in electronic communication and its impact on civil contracts. Among the solutions proposed by Peruvian law regarding the treatment of electronic contracts, the contribution provided by the second paragraph of Article 51 of the Commercial Code stands out. This Article, understood in a broad and general sense, can be applied to current electronic contracts. Additionally, the author proposes incorporating a similar provision into the Peruvian Civil Code to ensure the reliability of informal civil contracts.

This article analyzes the repercussions on journalistic activity of the regulatory measures adopted by the United States and Europe to protect privacy in the use of drones. Similarities and differences between the adopted regulations are evaluated. It is observed that in the United States recommendations are generally chosen, in which drone user´s willingness prevails over third parties´ right to privacy. However, there are exceptions, such as the cases of the states of Texas and California, where the use of drones without proper authorization is considered a violation of the right to privacy. In Europe, the regulations are applicable to all member countries, and the system provides more guarantees, considering the principles of necessity and transparency.

The traditional media have shown during a lot of time the cliché of social institutions that they gather, write and distribute the news of the day to serve the society. For it, and in order to avoid situations that put in risk the credibility of the journalists, a series of ethical codes have developed that allows to support the responsibility that the society has deposited in them. In Internet, in many cases, this news and information’s have been – and they are - spoilt of the reality and they expand dangerously. For all this, some voices claim the need of an ethical code, which is assumed by means and professionals of the digital environment. This work analyzes the new visual conventions on YouTube used by content creators with the aim of determining the editing techniques and resources they employ and comparing their techniques with the conventional rules of film editing. The initial hypothesis is that YouTubers have departed from the rules of classical film editing and have created their own editing code on YouTube. To study and demonstrate this phenomenon, the testimonies and videos of various lifestyle-themed content creators on YouTube are taken as the subject of analysis. The results conclude that the new creators of digital audiovisual content have developed their own editing approaches inspired by the emerging audiovisual trends of social media.

Therefore, EU institutions have developed a series of initiatives throughout 2018 to define a European strategy to counter disinformation that emphasizes the responsibility of social networks in reporting false content. Este estudio desarrolla Eladia, un asistente virtual con inteligencia artificial para optimizar la gestión de proyectos en el sector inmobiliario, con un enfoque inicial en el rubro de la construcción y el diseño arquitectónico. Integrado en WhatsApp, se conecta con herramientas como Excel, mejorando la coordinación, seguimiento de tareas y comunicación en tiempo real.
