iP cores (intellectual Property cores) are for hardware design what libraries are for computer programming. They are typically used in the style and form of a discrete integrated circuit, where the “circuit board” is a larger design in asic or FPGa. a core intellectual property often takes the form of a software program written in hDl such as verilog, vhDl or systemc. ideally, an iP-core must be fully portable, meaning that it can be easily adapted to any technology from other suppliers or different design methods. receivers/transmitters universal asynchronous (uart), central Processing units (cPu), ethernet controllers, interfaces Pci are examples of iP-cores. This paper presents the adaptation of a 16-channel PWm iPcore to a separate brick structure similar to soc (system on chip). We did not implement a microprocessor as master of the system, instead a complex state machine runs a...

The present work realized in the facilities of the School of Officials and of the Service of Maintenance of the Air Force of Peru, located in the Air Base "Las Palmas" - Rut, with the aim to determine the aerodynamic response of the plane of training BD-4BP, known as "Kuntur", to the cruising speed of 174 MPH [1,2]. The Kuntur, it is a plane designed and constructed in Peru and possesses hybrid technology, there is for it the importance of developing this work. For the development of the present investigation the deductive methodology was applied, with which they could determine the vectors of speed and pressure concerning the plane, for it there used the computational software in dynamics of fluids - CFD "Fluent", which realizes a calculation based on the method of finite volumes [3,4]. Materials that were in use were, a personal computer Pentium IV with high speed of processing of info...

The image analysis is a subject on which much emphasis is being given with purpose of identifying parameters, data, visual features in the image that provide us information about environment, it is represented in the image, but without the intervention of a person. Many methods have been developed with passing of the years, each seeking to minimize the error. The vast majority of implementations of these Facial Recognition Systems have been in a computer and a few have been implemented on hardware. This paper presents a Face Recognition System based on FPGA, The FPGA is configured with the language VHDL, this system is independent of a computer, this will give the system based on FPGA three main advantages, which include fast processing thanks to the ability of the FPGA that can perform parallel processes, and the other two advantages are the size and weight that are important to have mo...
