La participación ciudadana en proyectos de inversión ha venido en ascenso en los últimos años. Desde 2016 el SENACE ha centralizado la revisión y aprobación de los instrumentos de gestión que hacen posible la ejecución de estos proyectos. Este organismo recibió 476 expedientes en el año 2017 para evaluación, de los cuales 60 correspondieron al Sector Electricidad. Del total de expedientes recibidos, SENACE evaluó 413, aprobó 268, desaprobó 29 y derivó el resto a otros canales resolutivos. Asimismo, representantes del SENACE dirigieron 231 eventos de participación ciudadana entre talleres y audiencias públicas. Todo ello nos da una noción del gran esfuerzo que se está realizando por sacar adelante proyectos de inversión, considerando los aspectos ambientales y también la participación de la población involucrada. Objective: To determine the predictive capacity of disease duration (TE) and inflammatory biomarkers to identify complicated acute appendicitis (AAC) in patients under 18 years of age treated at the Regional Hospital of Loreto (HRL), 2023–2024. Methods: Observational, analytical, retrospective, and diagnostic accuracy study. A total of 114 patients with intraoperatively confirmed appendicitis were included. Cut-off points were obtained through ROC curves, and diagnostic performance was evaluated, along with a logistic regression model to assess combined predictive capacity. Results: AAC accounted for 63.2% of cases, and 60.5% were male. The most frequent intraoperative type was gangrenous appendicitis (29.8%); 41.2% of patients were aged 10–14 years, and 10.5% presented with fever. The goal of this study is to determine the source of gold and the role played by organic carbon and arsenic in the formation of sediment-hosted gold deposits. The effect of and link between these two ubiquitous ingredients yet remains unresolved, even though most mineable gold in the Earth’s crust is hosted by this type of deposits. In this work, we tackled these fundamental questions in a case study of the Shahuindo and Algamarca deposits in the Marañon Fold and Thrust Belt of the Peruvian Andes. These deposits are representative of sediment-hosted deposits in which gold mineralization is closely associated with both carbonaceous material and arsenian pyrite. We combined a range of complementary approaches including regional-scale basin analysis, mineralogical, geochemical, and fluid-inclusion studies, coupled with modeling of fluidrock interactions. Maintaining the stability of bipedal walking remains a major challenge in humanoid robotics, primarily due to the large number of hyperparameters involved and the need to adapt to dynamic environments and external disturbances. Traditional methods for determining these hyperparameters, such as heuristic approaches, are often time- consuming and potentially suboptimal. In this thesis, we present an integrated approach combining advanced control and reinforcement learning techniques to improve the stability of bipedal walking, particularly in the face of ground disturbances and speed variations.
