In 2024, the Peruvian Civil Code turns 40 years since its promulgation in 1984, while the UNIDROIT Principles has its 30th anniversary since their first edition in 1994. Given this, which party should we attend? This essay proposes a look at the Peruvian Civil Code from the perspective of international trade to propose improvements. To this end, the provisions of the UNIDROIT Principles that regulate contractual interpretation, obligations of best efforts and results, penalty clause and force majeure, are taken as reference. These will be compared with the provisions of the Peruvian Civil Code, to identify possible areas of improvement in domestic law, taking the UNIDROIT Principles as a guide.

Este casco cuenta con características innovadoras, tales como parlantes bluetooth, luces direccionales en la parte trasera del casco y sistema de detección de caídas. Algunas de estas características ya son ofrecidas actualmente en cascos de alta gama, pero los ciclistas recreativos no tienen uno a su alcance. Este estudio se centra en el uso y la percepción de la inteligencia artificial (IA) según los docentes y estudiantes de la carrera de Lengua y Literatura Hispánicas de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua, Managua (UNAN-Managua). El objetivo consistió en analizar el uso y la percepción de la IA de acuerdo con los informantes. La metodología es mixta. Como instrumento, se aplicó una encuesta. Los resultados evidencian que más del 50 % de los informantes han usado las IA, y las más implementadas fueron ChatGPT, Bing y Grammarly. Respecto a la percepción, los informantes consideran que la IA posee ventajas para el desarrollo de competencias profesionales; sin embargo, afirmaron como desventajas la codependencia y la pereza mental. La presente tesis titulada “Diseño de un taladro a CNC utilizando la electrónica en la Escuela de Ingeniería Mecánica – UNJBG, en el año 2019” ha tenido el enfoque de poder complementar el conocimiento y aplicarla para la escuela de ingeniería mecánica. Por lo que en este propósito se realizó los cálculos de la parte más crítica, los cuales son los 3 ejes guías que para el eje z un factor de seguridad 13, para el eje y un factor de seguridad 20 y para el eje x un factor de seguridad 5, así también como la selección de los rodamientos que son de 8mm, esto también llevo a la selección del husillo que fue de 8mm. No solo fue la parte mecánica, también esta las parte electrónica y el uso de los programas de Fusion 360 y G Code Sender de los cuales son parte esenciales para el uso apropiado de la máquina herramienta.

In Peru, fears persist about the reform of family law; after 40 years of the Civil Code (1984), the author persists and incorporates new reasons to agree to its ‘contractualization’ as a reflectionof a society that is less and less willing to marry.We are faced with a regulation that prolongs the marital crisis and is counterproductive for the system itself.The article uses the American experience and the initiatives of the Uniform Law Commission or the American Law Institute to demonstrate the complementarity that can exist between the freedom of the parties to enter into marital or premarital agreements and the subsequent judicial scrutiny. It is emphasized that a modernization of family law does not involve the renunciation of the family law principles.

Con el propósito de complementar la mecatrónica para la separación de botellas PET, la investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar una máquina clasificadora de botellas PET por color mediante un control automático en Huancayo – Junín – 2021.
