This Project includes the design, preliminary calculations that determine the characteristics of the use of solar concentrators; construction, wich includes the manufacture of solar equipment and its structural parts; and implementation of the project with its results, wich will be specifically analyzed in this work. All this with the aim of generating hot water to reduce the consumption of fossil fuels for an industrial customer, wich has a process where the essential oil of lemon is obtained by consuming a large amount of steam power trough an industrial boiler. The final results of the project will demonstrate the great benefits of using solar energy for industrial processes, setting a precedent for future clients, who must migrate to these new solutions in this new era of industry 4.0 to be more efficient, more sustainable and more competitive in a worl that moves faster every year.

This article shows the process of molding plastic extrusion and injection information that will provide a comprehensive and simple idea in this type of industrial activity.Extrusion is a process used to manufacture products such as PVC pipes , rods and the insulated wire coating plastics and other products of constant section. This process involves heating the plastic and cause its output by pressure through a hole in a certain way and then cooling it in a machine called an extruder.The injection is performed by the injection molding machines in a similar way to the extruders ; except that the extruder while continuously preiona plastic material through unamatriz , makes a fuel entering a cold mold . Then wait until the cold molded material is to be removed from the mold before it is refilled . is used to manufacture products such as taznes , mugs , toys, etc.

This investigation denominated "Design of a Hot-Air Dryer for Banana Chips" aims to design a dryer with trays crossed by air circulation, with a loading capacity of 500 kilograms of fresh banana chips. Various tests hove been developed in arder to determine the necessary parametérs which hove provided the measures of the equipment, using for this two experimental dryers described in the appendix. The purpose of this project will be to evaluate the commercial, technical, financial, economic and social viability of the installation of a camu camu craft beer production plant destined for modern Lima, which will consist of water, malted barley, hops, yeast and camu camu and whose added value is that it will have a lower degree of alcohol for those who seek this type of characteristics in a fruity beer. It is considered a contribution in the category of craft beers since the aroma and flavor that it will present will be innovative in the market because the exotic fruit it will contain is pleasant to the Peruvian palate. The present research project evaluates the pre-feasibility of the installation of a pecan cream with honey production plant. This product contains many beneficial properties for health, which makes it attractive to the market. Pecan cream will be segmented to the public that belongs to socioeconomic level A, B and C1 who are 18 years old and older and who reside in zone 7 and 8 of Metropolitan Lima. With the results of the 392 surveys, it was found that 85,80% would be willing to buy the product and 74,50% of purchase’s intention. For the percentage of market share, the result is 63,92%. With the previous information, the demand for the first year of the project was determined to be 28 336,93 kg, equivalent to 141 685 bottles.
