El estudio se enfocó en diseñar e implementar un sistema de información biométrico de control de asistencia basado en la ISO 25010. La problemática identificada radica en el uso de procesos tradicionales al momento del registro de asistencia, los cuales son ineficientes, vulnerables a la manipulación y generan conflictos en la gestión administrativa del personal.
