Electro Oriente S.A. is dedicated to producing, distributing and commercializing electrical energy in Loreto and other regions, for which it must necessarily incur costs and expenses. The objective of this thesis was to determine the influence of the purchase of goods and the expenditure on wages and salaries on the operating results of the company Electro Oriente SA, in the period 2015 - 2019. For this, this research was carried out on Quantitative type, Correlational level and Non-Experimental design. The research concludes that the purchase of goods inversely influences the operating results, since the statistical test shows that the Correlation Coefficient, which was r = -0.897924765; and the Coefficient of Determination was R2 = 0.806268884. The development of creative thinking must be considered as a necessity in pedagogical practice in every educational system. The objective of this article was to present some concepts and strategies that are being developed in the classrooms. The methodology used was the experimental documentary technique. In addition, a search was done for articles of a scientific nature, published in various reliable databases. Concluding that, creative thinking is a capacity that the person must possess in the 21st century. Therefore, every student must develop it to produce innovative ideas that allow them to solve problematic situations.

Introduction: Within the framework of the pandemic provoked by the COVID-19, every teacher took the challenge to rebrand quickly and start working differently by designing and learning evaluative activities to face this E-Learning environment in which most students and teachers all around the world have been immersed for so long. Objective: To establish the impact of the methodological change within the traditional and virtual classroom in academics of Universidad Nacional of Costa Rica - Campus Liberia. Method: A total of 85 professors of the different majors have participated in this study and under a non-probabilistic sampling. Rosa Luxemburg, great leader, woman of firm ideals who considered that there was no other way to freedom than revolution, was co-founder of the Communist Party of Germany and defended her ideals until the day of her brutal death in 1919. La enfermedad COVID-19 ha generado una parálisis mundial. Una empresa colombiana y una española analizaron el caso de directivos en la etapa de confinamiento por medio de un estudio asincrónico con el método cualitativo Delphi. En el estudio, participaron encargados de recursos humanos, mercadeo o ambas áreas. Se evaluaron grandes empresas, pequeñas y medianas empresas (pymes), organizaciones sin fines de lucro y agremiaciones ubicadas en España y Colombia. Background: the implementation of public health measures such as quarantines and isolation is a useful strategy for disease control; nonetheless, said measures may also have consequences on mental health. Objectives: to describe the prevalence of depression and anxiety symptoms in adults living in Lima Metropolitan Area during the social isolation period due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: items from the Lima Anxiety Scale [EAL-20] and the Depressive Psychopathology Scale [EPD-6] were used in a sample of 565 adults living in Lima Metropolitan Area during the health emergency. Results: prevalence of anxiety and depression symptoms were identified. Also, differences regarding sex, age, education level, and modality of work or study were found.
